Shipping policy

PROCESSING TIME

All orders ship from Massachusetts (USA) within 1 business day. Orders that are placed on Saturday after 12pm EST through Sunday will ship on Monday.

US SHIPPING

Standard shipping  2-5 business days

Express shipping - 1-2 business days 

We are not responsible for unexpected delays with the postal service or courier (weather, etc.).

Tracking is emailed once your order ships.
Please ensure your address is correct, as we are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

The shipping fee is charged based on the subtotal before taxes and discounts, and is non-refundable.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, and Germany.
If your country does not appear at checkout, we are not able to ship there at this time.

Delivery Time: Typically 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs.

Deliveries outside of the US may be subject to additional custom duties and service fees. Please note that Coragem does not have any control over the respective duties and fees, and cannot advise as to what the costs may be. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
